The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-round contest which will be streamed in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua declared he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "defeat" the American as the pair confronted each other to promote next month's boxing match.
Former two-time world boxing king Anthony Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge mismatch - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Mindset
"I plan to damage his features and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," the British boxer, 35 years old, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will genuinely try to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of those words, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - typically known for his dramatics - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul rather targeted former Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "a joke" after Ngannou declined a match opportunity.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at UK rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a large bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul win.
"[Paul] is better than Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer commented.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Fighter
Despite saying he intends to damage his opponent, Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Paul's History
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mostly fought MMA fighters or faded names since entering professional boxing.
He lost to Briton Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
Still, the inexperienced fighter remains one of the sport's greatest financial successes, frequently receiving substantial financial rewards.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old anticipated a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would prevent the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is apparently being planned for 2026.
"It will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
Physical Difference
As both boxers engaged in the usual stare-down, with their physical disparity clearly visible, it highlighted just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how remarkable it is that the fight is truly proceeding.
